Numb-anity

I'm not among the living
In my mind
Im far beyond dead
I'm among the zombie apocalypse
Sucking people's minds
And leaving them
Without initial recognition
I'm caught on the outside
Trapped in my lonely body
I try to block out
The emptiness
That I feel in my hollow soul
Stuck in coldness
Blowing out
The vapor in my body
I want to feel like
An actual human being
Before I strike dead
And fall to the floor
